A Christian business can never prosper without prayer! Our communion with God in prayer helps us to understand God’s will. When we seek the council of God we receive the mind of God which was also in Christ Jesus. And our Lord Jesus Christ is the best business manager ever! The word of God in Deuteronomy states that whoever fully obeys the will of the Lord will surely prosper! But we can never know God’s will until we talk to Him in prayer. Christian businesses should know their purpose and calling from the Lord. I believe that as they are led by the presence Of God, they will surely experience breakthroughs and prosper! Christian businesses should lead in the marketplace! And through our prayer communion with God, we will surely become the head and not the tail!

Philippians 4:6

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

Praying for covering and protection will close any open door for Satan to interfere with our business operations and business affairs. So I am urging Christian businesses to pray for covering and protection so their business can be under the shadow of the Most High! Let us all ask for covering and protection so we can focus more on achieving our business goals and targets.

Psalm 91:1

Wisdom and Direction

Having the mind of Christ as we manage the business will surely bring us success! His wisdom is far greater than ours, we could not even compare! Through prayer, we can ask God for direction and confirmation so we can align the business to the will of the Lord. The Lord desires to impart wisdom to those who asks Him. As a Christian business owner or manager, we must have an open heart to receive wisdom and direction from the Lord. He will surely lead us to green pastures. He will show us great and mighty things that we do not know. God desires to prosper us and not to harm us. Through God’s imparted wisdom, we will be able to effectively manage the business and all its operations. With wisdom from God, we can think of creative ideas on how we can improve business processes for success. So let us always seek the council of God before we do any major decision in the business. Let us ask God to guide us and bring our business in alignment to His perfect will.

Marketing Strategy

A God given wisdom will allow Christian Businesses to plan creative strategies to promote their products and services. It is a must that Christian businesses pray for wisdom in their marketing strategies. In doing so, God will open their spiritual eyes and give their business wisdom and insights on how they can effectively market their brand in the marketplace. I would suggest backing up your marketing strategies with prayer so you can generate more leads and turn them into business customers and consumers. Ask for God’s favor in your marketing strategies so you can see desirable results in generating more leads for your business. You can also ask God for new ideas on how you can market your business following the evolving technology of smart-phones and the increasing popularity of the social media. Sales and Revenue

As a Christian Business, God is inviting us to approach His throne with boldness and lay down all our requests before His feet. Let us lay down our prayer requests for an increase in business sales and revenue. Let us ask God to prosper us so we can become testimonies of His goodness in the marketplace. Let us pray and ask the Lord to prosper us so we can become a channel of blessings for others as well. The Lord delights in the prosperity of His servants! The business will surely prosper as we fully obey the Lord. And God is able to bless us exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. So I urge you to pray for more blessings and breakthroughs in the areas of marketing and sales for your business. Continue to act in faith and prepare the business for the blessings to come! Ask the Lord to give you wisdom so you can properly steward God’s riches. Let us show God that we can be entrusted with more of His riches. All for the glory of God!

Deuteronomy 28:8
